Welcome to Yestoryd. By enrolling in our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Library Subscription Service

Subscription & Payment: Your subscription is based on a one-time payment for the selected term (e.g., monthly, quarterly). To continue the service beyond the paid term, a new payment must be made for renewal.
Delivery: Books will be delivered to the address provided within Navi Mumbai and specified surrounding areas. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect address information or circumstances beyond our control.
Book Care & Responsibility: You are responsible for the books while they are in your possession.
- Defining Minor Wear and Tear: We understand books are handled by children. The following are considered minor wear and tear and are fully covered by your subscription:
  - Slightly softened or bent corners on covers or pages.
  - Minor creases on the spine from normal opening and closing.
  - Faint, erasable pencil marks.
- Defining Significant Damage or Loss: The following are considered significant damage, for which a replacement fee will be charged:
  - Water damage, liquid stains, or food stains.
  - Torn, ripped, or detached pages or covers.
  - Heavy writing or drawing in pen, crayon, or marker.
  - Damage from pets.
  - Complete loss of the book.
Replacement Fee: In the event of significant damage or loss, a replacement fee will be charged to your account. This fee will not exceed the current market price of the book. We will notify you before any such charge is made.
Swaps & Cancellation: The number of book swaps is determined by your subscription plan. You may cancel your renewal at any time. Upon the end of your term, a final pickup will be scheduled to collect any outstanding books.

2. Live Classes (Online & In-Person)

Enrolment & Payment: Full, one-time payment is required to confirm your child's spot for a specific term.
Renewal for Continued Access: To continue with classes in the subsequent term, you must complete a new registration and payment before the new term begins to reserve your child’s spot.
Attendance & Missed Classes: No refunds or credits will be provided for classes missed by the student. If a class is cancelled by Yestoryd, a make-up session will be scheduled.
Code of Conduct: We expect all students to be respectful. Yestoryd reserves the right to remove a child from a class for consistently disruptive behavior, with no refund provided.
Online Classes: You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a functional device.
Liability (In-Person): While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure safety at our centers, Yestoryd is not liable for any personal injury or loss of property.

3. On-Demand Courses (Recorded Videos & E-Learning)

Access & Payment: Upon successful one-time payment, you are granted access to the online course videos and modules for a period of twelve (12) months.
Renewal for Continued Access: After the 12-month access period expires, you will need to renew your payment to continue accessing the online course content.
Downloadable Materials: Any downloadable materials (e.g., worksheets) included with the course can be kept by you permanently for personal, non-commercial use. You are strictly prohibited from sharing, reproducing, or using these materials for any commercial purpose, unless you are registered with us as a business partner.
Intellectual Property: All course content, including videos, is the exclusive property of Yestoryd. Sharing your account login information is strictly prohibited.
Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the content, we do not offer refunds. We encourage you to watch any available free previews before purchasing.

4. Yestoryd Podcast

Use of Content: The Yestoryd Podcast is provided for your personal, non-commercial listening enjoyment only.
Intellectual Property: All audio content and story concepts are the property of Yestoryd. You may not reproduce, edit, or use the podcast for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.
Attribution: If you share links to our podcast, you must give full credit to Yestoryd.
